We cannot accept returns for:

-items not in the condition they were received in

-products returned after the valid returns period of 14 working days

-orders not returned to us/ returned without authorisation via email

-jewellery, accessories (including sunglasses, scarves, bags, hats, and shoes), intimates, and swimwear 

-items from our £10 and under OUTLET section

Items must be returned within 14 working days of submitting the returns request. Returns requests must be made within 14 days of your order. This applies even during holiday periods, any returns requested after 14 days will be denied. All returned orders will be issued with a credit note valid for 12 months for use across the online store. This applies to all returned orders, including those placed using klarna or any other pay by instalment/ buy now pay later method. Please note credit notes are only valid for use on our website and not on any other marketplace sites. 

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to refund the original postage cost of the order. We recommend using tracked postage to return items, any items lost in transit cannot be refunded. 

In instances of a faulty item, when return of item has been authorised, if agreed via email we will cover return postage costs. This is applicable for UK orders only and for value up to and equal second class tracked services. Faulty does not include items which do not fit, and items with small wear and tear as expected with vintage pieces.

This returns information is applicable to orders placed on our website ONLY. Purchases made on other marketplace may be subject to differing returns policies. Please message on the applicable marketplace channel to enquire regarding purchases made on those channels.

Even if you have returned items previously, in the instance of future returns you will still need to email to authorise your return. As per our returns policy we cannot accept returns for items returned without authorisation, and it’s important to check the return address details haven’t changed, as we cannot be liable for any returns which don’t reach us. 

All products are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. Every effort is always made to describe and depict products accurately. We cannot guarantee that computer monitors will depict the true to life colour and accept no responsibility for any inconsistencies between the product image and real life product. No exceptions to policy will be made for items where the customer dislikes the quality or feel of a garment, or deems sizing to be incorrect. 

Our returns policy is in line with current up to date UK consumer regulations for online distance selling (available to read on the gov website) which do not apply to one off customised or unique items including vintage garments. As our items are unique items they are bound by our website return policy which offers returns in exchange for store credit, available to read in our returns policy prior to making a purchase, and stated in our terms of service that by visiting this website and/ or making a purchase you agree to be bound to the terms of service which are applicable to all users of the site.

 All outlet items are non returnable, as mentioned in each item's description. Whilst anyone can purchase from the outlet section the low prices mean it is intended for resellers, and B2B (business to business) purchases are exempt from distance selling regulations.
