-What does vintage mean?
Vintage means 20 or more years old.
All items are vintage pre-owned or deadstock items (already manufactured in the past) that have been curated into a collection of unique gems for your wardrobe!
-Where do your vintage items come from?
Our vintage pieces are sourced from a mixture of wholesalers and vintage suppliers who purchase clothes in bulk before they are sent to landfill. There are enough clothes on Earth to last 7 generations (at our current rate of consumption).
When the average item of clothing is only worn 7 times, and 30% of the clothes in our wardrobes are unworn, the resale market is instrumental in creating a cycle and cutting down on textile waste. Beyond the positive practical elements, nothing is more satisfying than matching an unloved item with someone who will love it again.
-How does your sizing work?
We measure items individually to ensure a good fit, and the sizes given in each item's description are based on measurements and modern size guides.

-Why is the size on the label different to the size in the item's description?
This can happen! Vintage pieces can shrink or stretch over time, as well as vintage sizing often coming up wildly different to modern size guides, so the measurement on the label is sometimes different from the actual realistic size. We measure items individually to ensure a good fit, the sizes given are based on measurements and modern size guides.
-Are items pinned on the models?
Please check product description carefully. Some items may be pinned in photos, sizing info and measurements provided are always accurate so please go off of these when selecting your purchases.
-When will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible! Please allow 1-3 working days of placing your order for your order to be dispatched. (Please note we do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays)
-How long does shipping take?
Delivery estimates by region:
UK 2nd class: 2-3 working days
UK 1st class: 1-2 working days
International orders are sent via a tracked service and can take 1-4 weeks to arrive.

Yes! All orders are shipped in recycled and recyclable plastic packaging.
-How much does shipping cost?

-Can I change the address on my order?
Unfortunately we can only ship to the address you provide on checkout. Any orders undeliverable due to incomplete addresses may incur further shipping costs, as will orders not collected when delivery is missed. Further shipping costs when orders are resent due to these circumstances are the responsibility of the buyer.
-Where is my order?
You can find your tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email to check the progress of your order.

-Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept exchanges for store credit in the original purchase price of the item within 14 days of item's delivery. Items must be returned within 14 working days of submitting the returns request.
-How do I return an item?
If your item isn't right for you please email email@example.com with your order number and we will let you know the current up to date returns information.

-Do I need to pay return postage?
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to refund the original postage cost of the order. We recommend using tracked postage to return items, any items lost in transit cannot be refunded.
-Can I return items from the £10 and under OUTLET section?
All outlet items are non returnable. Whilst anyone can purchase from the outlet section the low prices mean it is intended for resellers, and B2B (business to business) purchases are exempt from distance selling regulations.
-What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
Vintage items may have small signs of wear but any flaws will always be noted in the description, however we are only human and sometimes things get missed! If you have received a damaged or faulty item we are so sorry- this is not the service we aim to provide! Please get in touch by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve things for you.
