Delayed/ Missing Shipment

You can find your tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email to check the progress of your order. Please reach out using our contact form if your tracking number doesn't work or you've allowed a reasonable time frame and your order hasn't arrived.

Faulty Item

Vintage items may have small signs of wear but any flaws will always be noted in the description, however we are only human and sometimes things get missed! If you have received a damaged or faulty item we are so sorry- this is not the service we aim to provide! Please get in touch by emailing sarah@identityparty.co.uk or fill out our online contact form and we will resolve things for you.
